I was craving the Pakistani/Indian snack called samosas for the last several weeks. Samosas are pastries stuffed with spiced potatoes fried to a golden crispy goodness.

Samosas are so easy to eat, but the labor that goes into making these sinful treats takes a long time. They require lots of patience but the end result is divine.
